Red and White Tablescape

Since the weather outside is "sizzling," Pat decided to set a "heated" tablescape to bring in the warmth. Done in red and white, this somewhat formal table is at the same time "flashy" and glitzy. The inspiration for the color to this week's table is the slightly elaborate napkin ring that we found at Pier 1 on sale years ago.

Red handled stainless steel flatware by Cambridge adds more color
The inspirational napkin ring is beaded gold and red
The dinner plate is red German "Fun Factory" by Waechtersbach
Once again, Pat used two chargers - this one is a white "Fiesta(ware)" chop plate
The over-sized service plate is also German "Fun Factory" by Waechtersbach
The stemware is from Pier 1 years ago

The vintage white candle holders are by Abingdon Pottery

  1. Fabulous post, Ladies - I could feel the heat just from looking at that exciting red! LOVE the flatware too, and the jeweled napkin rings are the perfect foundation. Thanks so much for the inspiration!
