Christmas! My favorite holiday and favorite time of the year. I love all of the traditions associated with Christmas and especially getting together with family and enjoying a meal. So what could be better than that? Using my all-time favorite dishes on the table, that's what. Pat set this week's table using Schumann's "Wild Rose" dinnerware to set a formal tone (and to make me very, very happy.)
Purchased mainly in the early 70's, "Wild Rose" was my formal dish pattern (remember the time when every young woman chose a formal and everyday dish pattern when they got married???) - a tad too bold and "over-stated" for today's generation but I loved it then and I still love it.Flatware is frosted "Kyoto Gold" by Holister
Pat found these extraordinary metallic pink chargers at a thrift store for 25 cents each. They are perfect for the place setting
