Time to transition to our first Easter table and what dinnerware is most often associated with March and April tablescapes? The iconic and recognizable "Cabbage" by Bordallo-Pinheiro, The Portuguese manufacturer has been around since 1884 but "Cabbage" is their most popular pattern inspiring many knock-offs and copies (many very costly.)
This very old flatware was our beloved Italian Mother's "reserve stuff" - she would use it when she ran out of the everyday flatware because friends and family always stopped by and "stayed for a meal" at our house. Mom cooked for an army.......
This is the 12" charger plate
