Inspiration for this tablescape comes from Santa and his elves. Santa is wearing a Christmas plaid shirt and his elves are dressed in matching plaid vests. Pat chose plaid themed dinnerware and charger accented with black.
Where it came from:
Metal Plaid Charger and Plaid Dinnerware - from Pier 1 over the years
Black Charger (Chop) Plate and Matching Bread and Butter Plate - Black Fiesta(ware) by Homer Laughlin from Replacements,Ltd.
Flatware - "Decision" Primastone by Noritake from eBay and Replacements,Ltd.
Red Water Goblets - from the Ferndale Emporium (a local gift and kitchen boutique) years ago
Green Wine Glass - from the Dollar Tree several years ago (when it was a dollar)
Black Napkins - from Linentablecloth, com (a great mail order site for inexpensive table and wedding linens and supplies)
Plaid Napkins and Glitter Bow Napkin Rings - from Pier 1 several years ago
Santa - from TJMaxx this year
Santa's Elves - "Elves Themselves" by Zim's from Wayfair four or five years ago
Small Centerpiece Christmas Tree and Ornaments - from Michael's
This week, we will be joining "Tablescape Thursday" at Between Naps on the Porch: http://betweennapsontheporch.net/
I absolutely love the plaid, what a great table.
