There is nothing that I would like more than to have a family Christmas dinner this year - but time will tell if that is possible with a huge spike in the number of COVID-19 cases in our county this week. It might be another "hunker down" holiday if things do not get better.....
Nevertheless, Pat decided to set a Christmas table - one that is fun and practical. She used her everyday Christmas set of dinnerware - 222 Fifth's "Night Before Christmas" (that I have been storing) - as her inspiration for the color theme.
Where it came from:
White Place Mats - from Bed, Bath, and Beyond several years ago
Red Charger Plate - "Fun Factory" by Waechtersbach from Replacements.com
Green Charger - Hunter Green "Color Spectrum" by Mikasa from eBay and Replacements.com
Dinnerware - "Night Before Christmas" by 222 Fifth from Replacements.com
Bread and Butter Plate - "Scarlett" Fiesta(ware) by Homer Laughlin from Replacements.com
Flatware - "Cameo Burgundy" by Cambridge from Pier 1 several years ago
Glassware - from the Dollar Tree years ago (currently available)
Santa Napkin Rings - from our Mother's collection
Glass Candle Holders - from TJMaxx two or three years ago
Small Christmas Tree and Garland - from Michael's several years ago
Santa - from our collection
