Lenox The Colonial Tablescape

Pat and I are fortunate to own a truly beautiful set of older dinnerware - "The Colonial" [1920-1948] by Lenox. It has elegant flower swags and urns on a blue and yellow rim. Pat decided to play up green instead of the usual blue color on the plate for this week's table. She used sage green chargers and inexpensive sage glassware to bring out the color.

For the centerpiece, Pat used simple greenery so attention would be on the place setting and dish pattern

The sage green glass chargers are from Pier 1.

Flatware is "Byzantine" by Yamazaki

Pat tried several different goblets but kept going back to one of her favorites - from the Dollar Tree

One last look from the other end of the table
Where it came from:
Sage Green Glass Chargers - from Pier 1 three years ago
Dinnerware - "The Colonial" by Lenox from eBay
Flatware - "Byzantine" by Yamazaki from Horchow's two years ago
Glassware - from the Dollar Tree (still available)
Candle Holders - "Edme" by Wedgewood from Pat's collection
Sage Candles - from the Ferndale Emporium (a local gift and kitchen ware boutique)
Table Linens - from Linentablecloth.com

  1. Beautiful table ladies. The soft creamy green is the perfect backdrop for that gorgeous china.

  2. That china is so lovely, and this table shows it off beautifully.
