"Coastal Life" Tablescape

Pat loves (well, so do I....) 222 Fifth "Coastal Life Blue" dinnerware. She recently found a complete set for eight while she and her husband were away for a Retired State Employees conference in Sacramento. Of course, when she returned, the first thing she did was bring it to my house to set my table.
Pat set the table for six this week instead of the normal eight.

Flatware is "Image" by Spode

The blue charger is, once again, an inexpensive lacquer charger purchased on sale and spray painted this color to match the blue plates

These "rope" napkin rings were found at Michael's for $1.00 each

From the other end of the table

Where it came from:

We will be joining the following Blog parties this week:
"Dishing It! & Digging It!" at Rustic & Refined this Sunday:
"Tablescape Thursday" at Between Naps on the Porch:

  1. Perfect look for a coastal themed table! Love those seahorse plates and great idea to paint chargers to match. The fanastic placemats and rope napkin rings echo the seaside look. Coral for the centerpiece with the lighthouses adds just the right nautical element to the tablescape. Pinning for sure!

  2. As always, an absolute treat to view one of your tables! I love your new dishware and all your accents are perfect!! What a great color of blue. Beautifully done! Rosie @ The Magic Hutch

  3. A truly beautiful table. The colors are divine and the dishware is gorgeous. Job well done!

  4. Loving this table, makes me want to sit at it, barefoot! Great job Ladies...

  5. Love those Coastal Life theme dishes. They look wonderful with the painted chargers and the new placemats from Pier 1. I saw those at Pier 1- those are big and thick! The centerpiece is perfect- great coral and nautical pieces.

  6. Your pretty tablescape will be one of our features this week at Dishing It! & Digging It! Thanks for linking it up!

  7. This is a perfect and beautiful coastal tablescape. I love the aqua ocean like dishes. The centerpiece is awesome too!
I just came from the party D. it & D. it, where I saw it.
