Spice Route Paprika dinner plate is from Pier 1 |
We found these denim chargers on sale at Michael's for less than 50 cents each - then we got the "senior discount" (one of the few "advantages" to aging......) |
Pat says that we probably have been using these placemats too much, but they were the perfect choice for this table |
Only my sister would turn a chicken feeder into a candle holder...... |
Naturally, it was filled with chicken feed |
I love these whimsical glasses from Pier 1 |
This very old rooster belonged to our Mother and sat outside on the porch. Pat's husband took it home and "lovingly" restored it. |
The napkin "ring" is a vintage shower curtain ring that Pat's husband spray painted rust to match the napkin. |

I don't usually "get on the bandwagon" when I am blogging, but I'm in "Bread and Butter Plate mourning".....Homer Laughlin is no longer producing those colorful little gems, and as most people know, I am nuts about bread and butter plates. So, after waiting for a very long time for the color "sage" to be produced, I am not going to be able to get the much anticipated bread/butter plate. What a diabolical disaster (yeah, I know, it sounds like Batman, but it's how I feel)!!!!
Just some of the Fiesta that Pat and I own......the bread/butter plates are in another cupboard. |
That is a nice collection of Fiesta! I look forward to your tablescapes each week. Love the table for one!
ReplyDeleteThis is one of my favorite tablescapes of all - so original and well thought out! Love it! :) OMG about yourFiesta collection! Impressive!
