Bordallo Geranium Table

Pat is not a big fan of Bordallo "Cabbage" - her favorite pattern by the famous Portuguese dishware designer/maker is "Geranium." Rural, isolated Humboldt County, California, where we live, is not a hot spot for purchasing this pattern (or any other dishware pattern for that matter....) So, if you ever see it anywhere, you buy it immediately. That's what Pat did when she spotted it at a local Western Auction/consignment store.

    What a delightful table...it's like celebrating Christmas in July. I love the salad bowls. The geranium centerpiece is gorgeous. This table gets a definite 10!
    I found 8 of the charger plates back in 2011 for $2.99 each and couldn't get them into my basket fast enough!

    What could be prettier than brilliant red geraniums contrasted against it's deep green leaves? The BP charger plates and salad plates mimic the shape of the geranium leaves perfectly. Your table settings are perfect for a summer evening meal.

    Great geranium plates--I always have red geraniums on my deck in the summer--and the dragonfly napkin rings are perfect!

    So pretty! I love seeing red and green together, outside of Christmas time. It always looks so nice. I really like the plate stack and those wonderful geraniums.
