Summer Pink and Gray Tablescape

The inspiration for this week's tablescape came from the pink and gray plaid place mats that Pat and I recently found at our soon-to-close-forever Tuesday Morning (yes, we just lost Pier 1 in February and now Tuesday Morning in August. It's a sad day......)

Flatware is one of my very favorites - "Pure" by Gourmet Settings.

Dinnerware is from Pier 1 last year - we literally took it from Pat's cupboard to use on this week's table since it goes so well with the place mat.

The charger is "Rose" Color Spectrum by Mikasa

Another favorite of my - Pat used "Rosaline" glassware by Cristal d'Arques-Durand

Like last week's table, Pat kept the centerpiece simple and only used this extra large bowl

Where it came from:
Pink and Gray Plaid Place Mats - from Tuesday Morning last week
Pink Charger - "Rose" Color Spectrum by Mikasa from Replacements.com and eBay
Gray Dinnerware - from Pier 1 last year
Pink Bread and Butter Plates - "Pearl Pink" by JC Penney from Replacements.com
Flatware - "Pure" by Gourmet Settings from Bed, Bath, and Beyond several years ago
Glassware - "Rosaline Pink" by Cristal D'Arques-Durand from Replacements.com
Gray Hemstitch Napkins - from Tuesday Morning several years ago
Pink Brocade Napkins - from our collection
Silver Napkin Rings - Inexpensive PVC pipe cut into 1" rounds and spray painted with silver paint
Candle Holders - from our Depression Glass collection
Centerpiece Bowl - from Art & Old Things (a local antique store)

This week, we will be joining "Tablescape Thursday" at Between Naps on the Porch:  http://betweennapsontheporch.net/

  2. So pretty! But what a shame that Tuesday Morning is closing. ☹️ I love the pink and gray, and I am always happy to see pink glassware. It started my love of Depression Glass almost 50 years ago.
