Blue and White Table - Week #2

For the second week of Pat's New Year's Resolution to use blue and white dishes that she hasn't use before or to use them in a different way, she pulled out inexpensive dinnerware that had been stored in the garage for years and used it as the inspiration for the table. Here's what she came up with:
Of course, to Pat, blue and white can get "boring"......so she mixed it up a bit with hot pink.

Flatware is classic "Everyday" by Reed & Barton

Dinnerware is "Wellesley" by Farberware - Pat found it at the Discovery Shop Thrift Store for a "song." She stored it planning to use it sometime.......

This is a "Periwnkle" Fiesta chop plate - Pat used it to add more blue and to show less pink.

The hot pink chargers are just inexpensive lacquer chargers that Pat's husband spray painted with plastic adhesive spray paint

Pat's favorite "go to" glassware - the Dollar Store

These unusual periwinkle colored candle holders are by Abingdon Potteries

From the other end of the table
Where it came from:

  3. Love your table, as always. How creative to highlight the pink in the pattern. It creates a totally different look! Could you do a tutorial on how to create a floral centerpiece like the one you have here? So very pretty. A nice way to start the day!
