Hi Pat and Katie, Your table is so pretty that no one sitting there could be unhappy--whether they favored the green or the orange! I just read that the white on the Irish flag was meant to symbolize the peace between the green and orange populations! So all your white touches are perfect! Linda
ReplyDeleteWhat a great table! Full of color and designed so cutely! I like that you included all the colors! My family was so boring- no locking heads about the religious side on that day (not Irish) Have a Happy St. Patrick's Day!
ReplyDeleteHi, Pat and Katie, Love your table: especially the centerpiece flowers and the green chargers! So cleverly done: neither side could complain! Well done and you keep family peace as well. Rosie @ The Magic Hutch
ReplyDeleteI love your green and orange glasses, dishes and vases! Along with the white tablecloth hey really make your tablescape look very Irish flag colorful!
ReplyDeleteWhat fun and such a clever way to honor both of your parents!, I think those chargers are wonderful and I am always charmed by an Irish beer! I hope both families enjoy St. Patrick's Day this year!
ReplyDeleteWonderful table...love that centerpiece!
ReplyDeleteSo I guess there was no singing the Wearin' of the Green in your house, LOL! My best friend at college was 100% Polish. Every ST. Pat's Day she would dress in orange from head to foot. Yes, she had red hair! Funny thing is, she married a Murphy, so I got the last laugh! Thanks for joining in the St. Patrick's Blog Crawl!
ReplyDeleteVery festive SPD table...love the mixing of white, orange and green to represent the Irish flag. The chargers are gorgeous, such vibrant colors.
ReplyDeleteWishing you a great week!
Lol! This is one clever table and the perfect way to keep peace in the family! It's such a cheerful table! Just keep that Irish beer flowing!
