The place setting |
Flatware is ceramic handled "Radiant" by Noritake. |
Jennifer loves Fiesta dishware - no surprise that she used a Shamrock Green dinner plate |
The charger is Indigo Black "Color Spectrum" by Mikasa |
Burlap placemats were the perfect choice (complete with hay......sorry. Needless, to say, hay is EVERYWHERE....) |
Mini hay bales and miniature tractors were used as place card holders |
Dollar Store beer pilsners hold gray and yellow napkins |
The centerpiece was simple - small hay bales and a life-like miniature farm wind mill |

I love, love, love this. My son-in-law works for John Deere in Iowa as a Mechanical Engineer. This table is a hoot and I love it! I am going to have to find some of those plates for sure, but the whole table is so creative and wonderful. Valerie(candlelightsupper2.blogspot.com

ReplyDeletePlease share with Jennifer that she did a fantastic job setting this table! As a farm girl, I love everything about it. Even the flatware handles look like corn or stacked bales of hay! What a collection you have...plates, accessories that are tractors...endless inspiration here. I enjoyed your post very much!

I can't tell you how much I like this table. You just may find that I copy it for a dinner with my SIL who loves his John Deere machinery and dresses himself accordingly when he is bush hogging or mowing. I would get lots of points for being so clever!!! Thank you.
ReplyDeleteOh boy this is a great one! We have a John Deere garden tractor and hubby grew up on a dairy farm and there is a big one there! I didn't know there were dishes like this! Love the little mini straw bail- perfect accent! The flatware is really unique- love the color and shape. Love the centerpiece- that windmill really takes it over the top!
