Thanksgiving Tablescape 2

It seems everyone who tablescapes is pulling out the Johnson Brothers "Friendly Village" dishes, and we are no exception. But, as usual, we wanted to "kick it up a notch" (sorry, Emeril) and do something a little different. And since Fiestaware is the new family addiction, Pat thought of a table that used both patterns.

If you look closely at the "Friendly Village" design, you can see several colors - blue and rust being just two of them. Pat took those colors as the starting point and created a place setting using Fiesta Periwinkle and Paprika.

Pat used inexpensive stemmed goblets from ........the Dollar Store.
Flatware is a satin finished Gourmet Settings pattern
Dark brown napkin ring is from Bed, Bath, and Beyond.
Amber candle holder is Depressionware.

You can see the periwinkle and rust colors in this closeup.

This is a Fiestaware Periwinkle Blue salad plate.
The Fiestaware luncheon plate in Paprika is next
And finally, Pat used a  Fiestaware Periwinkle blue dinner plate
The centerpiece is made from Fall colors flowers placed in a Friendly Village water pitcher

This place setting shows a highly polished flatware pattern - Spode Image. It didn't feel quite right.
Pat used a rust colored taper to match the rest of the table

The covered vegetable dish was used as part of the centerpiece
