Summertime Casual Blue, Gray, and Marigold Tablescape

Inspiration for this week's Summertime tablescape comes from the colorful place mats Pat found among our collection. She used Pier 1's "white Alabaster Niveus" dinnerware on a steel blue "Color Sprectrum" charger from Mikasa and paired them with gray and marigold napkins.




Flatware is "Pinch" by Mikasa

Colorful Formal Tablescape

Once again, Pat and her daughter set the table for this week's blog. Color was the central theme as can be seen by the choice of the accent plate and linen. The pattern is "Danielle's Flowers" from Pier 1 - it was paired with light rust place mats and olive green hemstitched napkins.






The dinner plate and matching bread/butter plate is "Mansfield" by Lenox
Pat found these very heavy gold, glass chargers at the Cancer Society's Discovery Shop years ago

The cracked crystal goblets are from Pier 1 many years ago

Lemons and Sunshine Tablescape

This week's cheery table was designed by Pat's daughter while she was here visiting recently - she loves Fiesta(ware) owning several colors [like Mother, like Daughter] of the famous dinnerware. She added bright lemon accent plates from Pier 1 and white "Primary" flatware from Noritake.




Flatware is "Primary" by Noritake
The ironstone accent plate is from Pier 1
Bright "Daffodil" Fiesta(ware)is used throughout the tablescape
The charger plate is a "White" Fiesta(ware) chop plate

The unique candle holders are from the Westmoreland Glass Company

Spode Buttercup Updated Tablescape

Inspiration for this week's table comes from ultra modern glassware from Pier 1 called "Urban Sable" produced from 2013 through 2014. Pat paired it with classic Spode "Buttercup" produced from 1924 to 2003. 




The Argent "Sofia Gold" flatware matches perfectly with the gold buttercups on the dinnerware


Pat selected a glittery silver glass charger from Pier 1 to base the place setting
