Farm Fresh Tablescape

I love it when Pat sets tables using produce as the centerpiece. We've done several of them through the years. And with the drought over bringing lots of water this year to fill the reservoirs, gardens have thrived in our area......

Pat recently found the dinnerware at a local Goodwill store

Flatware is rustic "Montana" by Gourmet Settings

Pat planned to go to the store to pick up produce - I told her not to bother and went to my refrigerator. Since I am a  "whole foods - plant based" eater, I had plenty of stuff to fill the basket......

 Where it came from:
Tile Place Mat - from Pierson's Building Center (our local hardware/building supply store) three years ago
Dinnerware - "Farm Fresh" by Home Trends from Cuddly Bear (a local Goodwill store) this year
Bread/Butter Appetizer Plate - Sage "Fiesta(ware)" by Homer Laughlin from Replacements.com
Glassware - "Lawrence" from Pier 1 several years ago
Flatware - "Montana" by Gourmet Settings from Bed, Bath, and Beyond three years ago
Napkin - from Pier 1 this season
Napkin Ring - from the sale rack at Bed, Bath, and Beyond last year
Centerpiece Basket - on loan from Pat's daughter
Candles and Candle Holders - from Michael's (currently available)

We will be joining the following Blog parties this week:
"Dishing It! & Digging It!" at Rustic & Refined this Sunday:  http://www.rustic-refined.com/ "Tablescape Thursday" at Between Naps on the Porch:  http://betweennapsontheporch.net/

  1. Your tables are always beautiful but the plates in this one steal the show! Love the "produce crate" theme and the red-checked plates beneath. Really fun!
