Pale Pink and Lime Green

The inspiration for this week's table came from the napkins Pat made several years ago. Pink and lime green may seem like an odd combination, but I think that the table turned out great.

Pat plans to serve Shrimp Cocktail in these sweet lotus blossom bowls - for us more "enlightened" vegan diners, we'll have marinated mushrooms....

I found these pale pink plates at Replacements - they are very durable and inexpensive

This Fiesta(ware) plate is sold at Kohl's as a luncheon plate. It is in the style of their "Bistro" pattern.

Another Replacements.com find - the perfect color for this table

Glassware is pale pink "Royal Pierpont" by Noritake

I told the story of this huge bowl in another posting:  Here

  1. Really love the colors of this table, but the barely-pink glassware is especially beautiful, as is the centerpiece bowl! Very elegant table!

  6. Pink...whatsoever the shade...and lime green is one of my very FAVORITE color combinations! I have created many events, especially for my Mom, in those very colors. It just looks so feminine and pretty! I especially love the blush pink Noritake stemware!!!!!!!!!! I'm in love with the napkins, too!
