It's A Jungle Out There Tablescape

With apologies to Randy Newman (and Adrian Monk) this week's table is a jungle - theme that is. Using accent plates that we have had for a long time, Pat created a fun and unique tablescape.
"Disorder and confusion everywhere"....Sorry, Monk, not this table. The words to Randy Newman's song, "It's A Jungle Out There," are not appropriate for this week's tablescape. Everything is in the right spot.....

The place setting (you can see the coaster that we had on the table before dinner)

Flatware is "Cheetah" by Cambridge

This is our "go to" dinner plate whenever we need a simple tan color - "Sesame Spice Route" from Pier 1

Pat loves this charger - "Lemon Leaf" by Bordallo Pinheiro

From the other end of the table

Where it came from:
Beige Tablecloth - Bed, Bath, and Beyond
Bamboo Placemats - Ross Dress For Less
Charger - "Lemon Leaf" by Bordallo Pinheiro from eBay
Beige Dinner Plate - "Spice Route Sesame" from Pier 1
Accent Plates - "Jungle" by Sakura from eBay and Replacements
Glassware - "Tortoise" from Pier 1
Flatware - "Cheetah" by Cambridge from Ross
Napkins - from Tuesday Morning
Napkin Rings - from Bed, Bath, and Beyond

We will be joining Susan for "Tablescape Thursday" at Between Naps on the Porch:  http://betweennapsontheporch.net/

  2. Very nice ladies. Your exotic jungle table looks wonderful with the cheetah flatware and the tortoise stemware complementing the Sakura "Jungle" salad plates and the BP chargers to perfection. Great minds evidently do think alike, I was setting a very similar tablescape for my Son's birthday this coming Sunday. Same salad plates similar dinner plates and chargers with an elephant and giraffes at either end of a bamboo planter.. I really do wish I had that gorgeous cheetah flatware and the tortoise stemware. I think I will have to change my table up a bit now so it does look like a copycat when I take the pictures for my blog.
