Waiting for Spring Tablescape

Having spent several days last week "experiencing another atmospheric river" and the resulting wet weather, we had three days of dry, near-sunshine skies - turns out this was just a tease. Starting tomorrow we are going to have another spree of wet, windy weather  with possible "hazardous conditions." This is why Pat set this week's table looking forward to Spring and sunshine.

She selected fitting dinnerware to go with the theme - "Sunny Branch" from Pier 1 - and bright marigold yellow accents.

European-style satin finish flatware is "Pendulum" by Robert Welch

A versatile work horse, the gray charger is "Faience" by Christofle
Glassware is "Kara" from Pier 1

Pat used loads of silk tulips for part of the centerpiece

Where it came from:
Hemstitch Marigold Place Mat and matching napkin - from out collection
Charger - "Faience Gray" by Christofle from eBay
Dinnerware - "Sunny Branch" from Pier 1 more than ten ears ago
Bread and Butter Plate - "White" Fiesta(ware) by Homer Laughlin from Replacements,Ltd.
Glassware - "Kara" also from Pier 1 about eight or nine years ago
Flatware - "Pendulum Platinum" by Robert Welch from Bed, Bath and Beyond ten years ago
Wind Mill Bird House  and silk flowers - from Michael's

We will be joining Susan for "Tablescape Thursday" at Between Naps on the Porch this Thursday: http://betweennapsontheporch.net/
