Formal Christmas Dinner Tablescape

Pat went on another formal Christmas dinner tablescape theme this week - my fault because I wanted to use a napkin ring that we bought last year at Pier 1 and had never even taken the tags off. So she went with it as the inspiration for the table, and I think it turned out pretty good.....
Pat kept the table decorations simple since the place setting was the "focus" piece of the tablescape.

The napkin ring is black and white plaid with greenery
The plaid accent plate is from Pier 1
Pat found these lovely white and gold rimmed porcelain plates at a second-hand store years ago
The black charger is one of our favorites - "Color Spectrum" by Mikasa
Flatware is "Byzantine" by Yamazaki
We got the gold trimmed glassware at Pier 1 three years ago

One last look

Where it came from:
Charger - Black "Color Spectrum" by Mikasa from eBay and Replacements.com
Dinner Plate - pattern unknown from Pat's collection
Accent Plate - from Pier 1 last year
Bread and Butter Plate - "Black" Fiesta(ware) by Homer Laughlin from Replacements.com
Flatware - "Byzantine" by Yamazaki from Horchow several years ago
Glassware - from Pier 1 three or four years ago
Gold Napkin Overlay - Handmade by Pat
Black and White Plaid Napkin Ring - from Pier 1 last year
Gold Candles and Greenery - from Michael's
Santa - from our collection

This week, we will be joining "Tablescape Thursday" at Between Naps on the Porch:  http://betweennapsontheporch.net/

Stay safe. Wear a mask.
