Mikasa Summer Symphony Tablescape

Pat and her husband escaped the horrible smoke and dark skies from all the fires around the area for a few days and went to visit their daughter Jennifer and family. (Pat's house is much closer to the fire area and has been hit hard with terribly bad and at times dangerous air.) As luck would have it, while there, Jennifer was gifted with a beautiful set of dishes and shared them with Pat. Naturally, Pat had to use them on this week's table.
Although it has the look of "Botanic Garden" by Portmeirion, Mikasa's "Summer Symphony is extremely strong and chip resistant - perfect for everyday use.

Flatware is silverplate "April" by International Silver Company

Glassware is "Sensa" by Schott Zwiesel

Just a reminder.......
One last look from the other end of the table

Where it came from:
Green Place Mats - from Bed, Bath, and Beyond years ago
Dinnerware - Summer Symphony" by Mikasa from Pat's daughter
Flatware - "April" by International Silver from Pat's collection
Glassware - "Sensa" by Schott Zwiesel from Pier 1 last year
Green Napkins - Handmade by Pat to match the place mats
White Porcelain Candle Holders - from Michael's three or four years ago

This week, we will be joining "Tablescape Thursday" at Between Naps on the Porch:  http://betweennapsontheporch.net/
