Summertime Floral Tablescape

With the dramatic rise in the number of Covid-19 cases in our State during the last week, so far, Pat and I are still able to get together and "play" with our dishes. That may change - but for now, here is another table set for a sunny day.

Flatware is "Butterfly" by Godinger

No matter how many times I took a picture of the bright sunny yellow charger, this is how it came out. It really is bright yellow.

Pat used smaller glassware than she normally does - the water goblet is from the Dollar Tree, the wine glass from Bed, Bath, and Beyond

We found two water pitchers in the "Floral Bouquet" pattern on sale at 90% off two years ago. We are using one for a vase and the other for water.

One last picture from the other end of the table
Where it came from:
Charger - "Sun Yellow" by Mikasa from eBay and Replacements.com
Dinnerware and Water Pitcher "Vases" - "Floral Bouquet" from Pier 1 three years ago
Flatware - "Butterfly" by Godinger from Horchow last year
Bread and Butter Plate - "Sunflower" Fiesta(ware) by Homer Laughlin from Replacements.com
Yellow Napkin - from Pier 1 three or four years ago
Silver Napkin Rings - from Tuesday Morning several years ago
Small Water Glass - from the Dollar Tree (still available)
Wine Glass - "Entertain" from Bed, Bath, and Beyond several years ago
White Lanterns - from Michael's last year

This week, we will be joining "Tablescape Thursday" at Between Naps on the Porch:  http://betweennapsontheporch.net/

  1. Oh, how pretty! You can't go wrong with flowers and butterflies, in my way of thinking. I LOVE the butterflies on the flatware and napkin rings. A beautiful, happy table!
