Bordallo Cabbage St. Patrick's Day Tablescape

Pat had company this week as she set the table - our cousin Trev was here, and as some of you already know, he has the same dish addiction as many of the other members of our family do. Since one of his favorite sets of dinnerware is Bordallo Pinheiro "Cabbage,"  Pat and he decided to set the table featuring it.

Some people are bothered by the "natural" coloration of the flatware - no two pieces are the same color - but I like it

This is the dinner plate

Pat and Trev used two chargers  for the place setting

Not a fan favorite for Pat but the "distressed" charger from Pier 1 looks great with "Cabbage" dinnerware

The glassware is "Espresso" by Lenox

One last look from the other end of the table
Where it came from:
Wicker Place Mats - from Pier 1 several years ago
White Wooden Charger - also from Pier 1 about three or four years ago
Dinnerware - "Cabbage" by Bordallo Pinheiro from TJMaxx, Ross, eBay, Marshall's, and Replacements.com
Flatware - "Colonial Copper" from Horchow four or five years ago
Glassware - "Espresso" by Lenox a gift from Pat's daughter

This week, we will be joining "Tablescape Thursday" at Between Naps on the Porch:  http://betweennapsontheporch.net/
