Sweet Summer Tablescape

This week's blog features another table that Pat's daughter came up with while she was here "marathon tablesetting" with us a couple weeks ago. It's a simple but sweet Summer table that uses an older accent plate that Pat and I found at Pier 1 years ago.

Flatware is "Image" stainless steel by Spode

The Pier 1 accent plate is "Celeste" - it was available from 2011 through 2014 in a dinner and appetizer plate as well

"Sunflower" Fiesta(ware) was first produced in 2001 and is still an active color

The "Lapis" charger is actually a Fiesta(ware) chop plate.- it is an active pattern with production beginning in 2013

We use these Dollar Tree blue glasses often - they add a lot of color to the table

One last look from the other end of the table
Where it came from:
Yellow Hemstitch Placemats and matching napkins - from Pier 1 three or four years ago

Accent/Salad Plate - "Celeste" from Pier 1 seven or eight years ago
