Mardi Gras Celebration Table

Usually subtle and understated when designing a tablescape, Pat cast all inhibitions aside and set this week's table with loads of color and glitz in celebration of Mardi Gras.

The place setting

Pat used a clear napkin ring and added the colorful Mardi Gras mask ornament

Sorry the picture is not good - this is a purple glass charger

Pat used a purple water goblet and green champagne flute to add more color

Pat used dozens of strands of beads and colorful garland for the centerpiece

  1. This table just shouts "Party!" to me. After a seriously cold and blustery January the warm and vibrant colors of the settings here are a welcome relief. I like winter, but not the cold winds we had in January! Those masks are just beautiful, and I wish I had seen them when they were available at Pier 1. Party on, ladies!
