Spode Pink Tower Tablescape

For a long time, we have wanted to use our Spode Pink Tower dishes for a tablescape for the blog, but for one reason or another, we always put it off. Now is the time. Pat wanted to dress it up a bit this time (it is a very versatile pattern and can easily go from casual to classic), so she pulled out some silver and some crystal and came up with the table.

Waterford and sterling silver.......WOW!!!! (We have a wonderful cousin that we borrow from once in a while.)

From the other end of the table

Where it came from:
Silver Baroque Lacquer Chargers - Michael's
Dinnerware - "Pink Tower" by Spode from where ever we could find it
Flatware - "Grand Colonial" Sterling Silver by Wallace (a gift from our Cousin)
Crystal Glassware - "Omega" Marquis by Waterford
Silver Goblets and Butter Pats - Borrowed from our Cousin
Crystal Candle Holders - from Pat's collection
16" Tapers - from the Ferndale Emporium (a really neat local boutique)
Napkins - vintage from our collection

  1. This is a beautiful table! It would be perfect for Valentine's Day. The setting is elegant without being intimidating, and the dishes are lovely, adding just the right touch of red (my favorite color!).
