St. Patrick's Day Tablescape

We are really excited - this week is Cuisine Kathleen's 6th Annual St. Patrick's Day Blog Crawl (http://www.cuisinekathleen.com/), and this will be our second year to participate. Here's the table that Pat came up with:
Over view of the table

The place setting

Dinnerware is inexpensive "Wicker" by Oneida but it looks perfect with the "green theme"

Flatware is "Image" by Spode

Pat's inspiration for the table came from this green wine glass from the Dollar Store. The other glasses are "Bayonne" from Pier 1

The centerpiece is made up of three white pitchers filled with flowers. Pat added four crystal candle holders holding 12-inch tapers in between.

Here's a close up of the candle holder stem

You can see why Pat selected the glassware - the stem has a similar rounded shape

Then Pat added a pair of these candle holders - one at each end of the table

From the other end of the table (if you look closely, you can see that I had to tie back the curtains to get enough light to take pictures........it's RAINING!!! YESSSSS!!!! Beautiful gray, bleak, soggy, wet weather. It means we have water - even if the drought is not technically over.)

Where it came from:
Tablecloth and Napkins -  from Linentableclothes.com
Dishware - "Wicker" by Oneida from Cuddly Bear (a local antique shop)
Flatware - ""Image" by Spode from Tuesday Morning
Clear Glassware - "Bayonne" from Pier 1
Green Wine Glass - from the Dollar Store
White Pitchers - from our collection
Green Candle Holders - TJMaxx
Crystal Candle Holders - by Shannon Crystal from Ross
Candles - Bed, Bath, and Beyond
Silk Flowers - Michael's

We will be joining:
Cuisine Kathleen's "Let's Dish" this Wednesday:  http://www.cuisinekathleen.com/
Susan at "Between Naps on the Porch" this Thursday:  http://betweennapsontheporch.net/

Update:  Yes, we have water - nearly three inches of rain Sunday (no, the drought is not over but we have soggy, wet ground because it poured buckets), but what was really "fun" Sunday....we experienced a 6.9 earthquake shortly after 10:00 PM last night. At least the rain had stopped by then. Just special......Sorry, gotta go move the refrigerator and a couple of curios back into place, clean up "a few items" and thank God for no major damage. Have a "still" and drier week.
