It's Fair Time Tablescape

With relaxed COVID restrictions causing people to resume normal lifestyles and activities, here on the remote northern coast of California, we are finally going to have our annual County Fair. And of course, one of the most popular events is the showing of livestock. [I won't mention that as an ethical vegan and animal rights supporter and activist, I fiercely disagree with this disgusting public display of animal exploitation and abuse, but I am a committee of one in my family so it is better left unsaid....]

Whoa there....back to tablescaping.....Pat decided that this was the perfect week to set the table using our fun cow dinnerware - the pattern is "Spotted Cow" by Tienshan.

Flatware is "Image" by Spode

Tienshan also produced these sweet glasses in the "Spotted Cow" pattern

The cow salt and pepper shakers are by Otagiri
Pat always uses a simple centerpiece when the place setting is colorful or "busy"
We found these adorable cow candle holders at a local thrift store years ago
