Chickens and Sunflowers Tablescape

This week's table was set just for fun (and, truth be told - to use accent plates that we have had around for a long time.)

I love the flatware - "French Rooster" by Cuisinart from Amazon

Pat's sweet husband cut these placemat "liners" from a roll of chicken wire

I promise that these glasses are squeaky clean. Pat makes me clean and "polish" all the glassware before they go on the table. It's just really overcast today (and currently 58 degrees outside) and hard to get any decent pictures.

From the other end of the table
Where it came from:
Denim Placemats - Handmade by Pat
Chinese Red Chargers - Inexpensive lacquer chargers (from Michael's sale rack) and spray painted with plastic adhesive spray paint
Yellow Dinner Plate - "Sunflower" Fiesta(ware) by Homer Laughlin from Macy's (currently available)
Luncheon and Bread/Butter Plate - "Black" (1986-2014) Fiesta(ware) by Homer Laughlin from Replacements.com
Accent Plates - "Coq du Village" by Fitz & Floyd from eBay
Flatware - "French Rooster" by Cuisinart from Amazon last year
Glassware - from the Dollar Store (still available)
Napkins - Handmade by Pat
Napkin Rings - Shower curtain rounds spray painted to match chargers
Chicken Wire Lanterns - from Pier 1 last year
Candles and silk flowers - from Michael's

We will be joining the following Blog parties this week:
"Dishing It! & Digging It!" at Rustic & Refined this Sunday:  http://www.rustic-refined.com/ "Tablescape Thursday" at Between Naps on the Porch:  http://betweennapsontheporch.net/

  3. This is so cute! I like the chicken wire lanterns and toppers for the placemats! Chicken wire is not fun to cut so I have to give kudos to her husband for cutting those! The chicken plates are cute and I like the sunflower centerpiece.
