It has been a very lonely time for most of us. We simply do not see others as often as we used to. And, when we do, it is difficult. My Dad is 94 and masks keep him from understanding us because his hearing and eyesight are waning. We were fortunate to have some sunny, warm weather so my sister ( Dad lives with her) set a cute table outdoors, which made things easier for all. We were able to sit apart, without masks, in the sunshine and enjoy seeing each other smile! I love the red/white/blue dishes in this post. How wonderful that you both shared this "dish sickness" with your mother!Tinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17323065263954951238noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-541687968028627842.post-77317730323775222162020-11-05T08:13:02.630-08:002020-11-05T08:13:02.630-08:00That's a great table for Veteran's Day! O...That's a great table for Veteran's Day! Or any time you feel patriotic. How wonderful that you carry on your mother's "dish addiction" and are using her dinnerware on this lovely table.
